Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
